Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any professional services you engage from Atlas Aura Limited ("Atlas Aura", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England & Wales with Company Number 17255140, whose registered office is at 99 Fourth Avenue, London, E12 6DP, United Kingdom. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide business operations support, corporate concierge, administrative and office management, compliance and regulatory assistance, personal assistant and lifestyle services, and event and project coordination. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement issued to you ("Engagement Agreement"), which takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

3. Use of this website

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms;
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • You must not use the website to transmit anything defamatory, unlawful or harmful;
  • Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

4. Engaging our services

  • Engagements begin once you accept a written proposal and any onboarding requirements are met;
  • You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to the people, documents and systems we need to perform the services;
  • Ongoing packages may be adjusted by mutual agreement and terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice, unless your Engagement Agreement states otherwise;
  • One-off projects are governed by the terms stated in the relevant proposal.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in advance — fixed monthly amounts for ongoing packages and fixed prices for projects. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received in connection with an engagement, and we are happy to execute your non-disclosure agreement before work begins.

7. Nature of compliance services

Our compliance and regulatory assistance is practical administrative support. It does not constitute legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Where matters require formal legal advice or opinions, we will recommend a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Atlas Aura Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Deliverables created for you under an Engagement Agreement are assigned to you upon full payment, as set out in that agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of anticipated savings.

10. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

11. Data protection

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any engagement with Atlas Aura Limited are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
